Our 10-year guarantee supports the total confidence we have in our craftsmanship. It is our belief in our craft and our skill – and our commitment to you.
How we quote and what to expect.
The process is straightforward; Robbie will visit you armed with a tape measure and a few questions.
Hopefully, the coffee machine will be brewing! – but either way, approximately 20 minutes later, he’ll have the information needed to prepare a quote. That quote will arrive in the post a few days later, backed up by an email just to be sure.
A first-class collection and delivery service.
Our friendly delivery guys will come straight to your door to collect your furniture, wrapping it against the elements. When it’s returned to you it will be covered in our special delivery bags. This service is free of charge to all our customers.
The perfect replacement sofa (for when yours is away!)
So you don’t have to lift a finger or spend a penny, Richardson & Paige will provide you with a replacement sofa when yours is being refurbished.
Bespoke upholstery.
Ever looked at a chair or sofa and thought “I’d love that in my home!” Well, now you can have it! Our flagship service creates, designs, and builds your dream sofa or chair. You’ve just got to ask!
Deadlines always met.
We guarantee your work on a 3 to 4-week turnaround from the moment we receive your fabric. Any later? We’ll send you a bottle of bubbly to make up for it!
Traditional upholstery and passion.
The skills and craftsmanship of traditional projects are the reason we love our job so much.
The skill of creating comfortable long-lasting upholstery with a fine stitched edge is our passion.
Fabric walling.
Houses with high ceilings and grand rooms are made for fabric walling. It’s one of our favourite WOW! services and we love to do it.

Our only disclaimer is that if you chose to provide your own fabric, we cannot guarantee it’s suitability. Although we’ll assess whether it’s up to the job, we will ask you to sign a disclaimer excluding the fabric from any of our guarantees. Of course, it will not affect the underlying workmanship and you can rest assured that we’ll guarantee everything else. We’ve got it covered.
